Personal Fitness or Group Training 

I currently offer one on one and couple/partner fitness training at South Beach Fitness, Eau Gallie Yacht Club and my own garage gym.  I also provide small group training at my garage and outdoor bootcamps.  Prices vary depending on location and how many people.  Free Consultation available to help determine which training program and location is the best fit to make goals achievable.

For experienced fitness clients, workout plans also available with out private training. Online services offered.

Nutriton Services

 

Services vary depending on client's goals and current obstacles such as weight loss or gain, improve athletic performance, improve digestive issues, cholesterol levels, blood pressure, etc.   I offer a complimentary brief initial consultation for anyone interested, which can be done via phone, email, text to determine if my services will be a good fit or if need to be referred to a medical professional.  Depending on the outcome of the consultation, client and I will determine the best plan moving forward.  Services may include health assessment (body weight & measurements), meal plans, meal prepping lessons, grocery shopping experience, cooking lessons, motivation and accountability appointments and much more. Online program also available. Price varies on services offered.

All-in-One Fitness and Nutrition 

 

You will get the best results when you are eating the right foods in addition and a good exercise plan.... healthy foods fuel your workout and mood and without proper nutrition your body may not be recovering from the awesome workout.  

 

For clients who need both and schedule to meet 3-5 per week (online or in-person).  Great way to keep accountable and on track each week.  I recommend at least a 3 or 6 month commitment to see the best results.  Weekly follow-up on nutrition assessment and monthly fitness assessments.  

Every plan is customized for each client.
